McLaren to win WCC @ 1.88 (3 units) (Betfair)
McLaren appears to be the best team. With two quick and established drivers, McLaren also has an advantage over Red Bull and Mercedes who both have one top driver and one new driver. Ferrari is the biggest threat, but the SF-25 is probably not as fast as the McLaren, and Lewis Hamilton has to settle in. 1.88 for McLaren to be the constructors champion is great value!
Williams to beat Aston Martin @ 1.72 (2 units) (Stake)
Williams seemed quicker in winter testing. Aston Martin will focus on 2026. Besides, Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon are a better duo than Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll. The main risk is that Adrian Newey improves the Aston throughout the year despite the team’s 2026 focus.
Liam Lawson to win a race? NO @ 1.87 (3 units) (Stake)
Max Verstappen should be able to overcome a non-elite Red Bull to win some races. The same cannot be said for Liam Lawson who lacks both pace and experience. He would have to beat both Max and the rest of the field to win a Grand Prix, something that seems unlikely. Great value in betting that he won’t win a race.
Esteban Ocon to beat Oliver Bearman @ 1.50 (3 units) (Stake)
Esteban Ocon is a solid midfielder who knows how to rack up points. He will probably scoop up a bunch of 8th, 9th and 10th place finishes over the year. Bearman has talent, but he disappointed in F2 last year. It’s still unknown how he will perform over a full F1 season, but in any case, he’s inexperienced and up against a very underrated driver in Ocon.
Gabriel Bortoleto to beat Nico Hülkenberg @ 4.00 (3 units) (SBO)
Bortoleto is a very consistent driver. Sauber is probably going to be the worst team in 2025, so it wouldn’t take more than a few lucky races for Bortoleto to beat his teammate on points.
