The rankings are based on the currently expected levels of the cars. Performance could vary from track to track – and in different conditions – but these are the overall rankings as I see them at the moment.

Ocon to beat Colapinto @ 2.75 (0.5u)
Ocon slightly faster in qualifying and actually had a solid race in Austria last year. This matchup should be closer than what the odds indicate, although I do think Colapinto's car is just a bit faster. (Fair odds 2.56)
